Terms and Conditions
BOATS:
- 2025 23' Tahoe Cascade
- 2025 Standard Wake/Surf Boat
UPGRADES (must be booked through Legacy's Staff):
- 2025 Premium Surf Boat: +$400/day
- 2025 27' Tahoe Fun Ship: +$250/day
- 2025 25' Tahoe Cascade: +$150/day
SCHEDULING:
- Keep 2 advanced reservations on the calendar at all times. As soon as one day is used, book the next!
- Unlimited sameday walk ups where availability allows, after 1pm
SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS:
- Advanced reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a $200 fee
- The All Arounder tier does not have any blackout dates!
- Additional fees associated with reservations made July 3-5th
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Depending on the time of year you enroll, we ask for $500 deposit and to up to 25% of total membership fee
- We'll help you create a customized monthly payment plan, with 75% due by September 1st and 100% due by December 1st
RECIPROCAL LOCATIONS:
- The All Arounder tier can be used at ANY of these Legacy Rental locations:
- Lake Charlevoix, MI
- Walloon Lake, MI
